I have discovered my passion for teaching since high school. At first, I thought it was just a matter of helping my fellow classmates with their homework and making teachers wonder how some of the presumed 'underachievers' became straight-A students all of a sudden. However, very soon I learned that the reason was not as simple. What I really enjoyed the most was teaching new things, simplifying complex material and helping my students achieve their goals. Foreign clinical and research experiences allowed me to learn more about various cultures, beliefs and traditions. I firmly believe that this international experience along with the knowledge of four languages (Russian, English, French and German) will greatly benefit in creating a productive and caring environment with students of different origins during our lessons. Being able to positively impact someone's life through teaching is a genuinely unique feeling and I look forward to being able to experience it with my new students.

I have seen many talented people in my life, but unfortunately not all of them could reach the goal they were going for. One of the reasons is being unable to find a proper path to get the "gold". And it really makes me upset. I have been always told "It is easy to criticize but hard to give someone a hand in a right way". So, as I love anything hard to deal with, I decided to give all my experience, energy, enthusiasm to whoever I work with in order to help one to achieve a purpose in a less time- and effort- consuming way and keep the proper path to it.

Medicine is a noble profession, centered on team-work, where we continuously learn. And to learn more effectively, it's really important to ensure having mentors you can rely on, to be stronger in the future. I like explaining, and it brings me much more joy engaging in enthusiastic discussion with other doctors. I believe I have quite a lot to share and I'm always happy to help!
